REQUIREMENTS : An appropriate three (3) year tertiary qualification coupled with a minimum of
\nthree (3) years relevant experience in IT service environment [A+ certification will
\nbe an added advantage] \u2022Knowledge of Legislation ( PFMA, Regulations,
\nTreasury Regulations, Practice note etc \u2022Knowledge of specific computer
\nsoftware packages \u2022Good communication (verbal and written) \u2022 Advanced
\nComputer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) \u2022Valid code 8\/EB driver\u2019s
\nlicense.<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Provide IT technical support to users \u2022 Maintain records and databases containing
\ninformation regarding licenses, warranties and service agreements for the
\nDepartment\u2019s technology related inventory \u2022Conduct research on latest
\ndevelopment on IT \u2022Provide inputs on development and implementation of IT
\npolicies \u2022Co- ordinate all IT procurement processes of purchasing and repair of IT
\nequipment<\/p>\n
