\n\u2022ITIL Foundation
\n\u2022Microsoft operational experience (3 years required)
\n\u2022Extensive experience in Microsoft Windows 7 and Microsoft Office Suite

\no File Server Administration
\no Terminal Server Administration

\n\u2022Managing and stabilising network and desktop environment

\n\u2022System support of all clients in BPL as per SLA
