REQUIREMENTS : A minimum of three years Diploma or Degree in HRM\/HRD or related
\nqualifications with a minimum of 3 years experience in training and development.
\nKnowledge of the skills Development Act, Public Service Act, Skills Levies Act,
\nSAQA, NQF, NSDS and Employment Equity Act. Good communication skills,
\nfacilitation and presentation skills, negotiations, problems solving and analytical
\nskills, report writing skills and computer literacy (Ms Word, Excel and
\nPowerPoint). Introduction to PERSAL System certificate is essential.<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Coordinate orientation and induction programmer. Coordinate skills Audit and
\ntraining needs analysis process. Coordinate, develop and implement the
\nworkplace Skills Plan (WSP). Identify and liaise with training providers. Ensure
\neffective coordination of internal and external training programmes. Ensure
\neffective HRD administration such as up to date training database, management
\nof the training budget; Compile the quarterly and annual reports. Coordinate the
\nABET programmes. Submit an approved WSP\/ART for the organization;
\nimplement learnership, internship and experiential learning programmes. Compile
\nand submit various reports to management. Serve as an advisor and secretary
\nduring training committee meetings. Monitor the implementation of PMDS. Advise
\nmanagement and staff on PMDS issues. Facilitate the implementation of
\nEmployment Equity and perform any other duty delegated by the CPO\/HR
\nManager.<\/p>\n
