\nSALARY : R131 658 per annum (plus benefits)
\nCENTRE : Odi District Hospital<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 certificate with 5years experience in Finance, Diploma in accounting
\nor Finance Management, Cost Management or Internal Auditing with 1-2 years
\nexperience. Experience in Government Finance will be an added advantage.
\nMust have knowledge of PFMA, Treasury Regulations, DORA. Computer literate.
\nGood communication skills (verbal, written and report written). Knowledge of
\nBAS, SAP AND SRM. Must have experience in budget expenditure control, cash
\nflow, IYM(In Year Monitoring). A valid drivers licence.<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Compile and capture journals, Reconciliation of NHLS invoices, Capturing,
\nprocessing and allocating invoices through E-invoicing(SAP), Attending to
\nsuppliers queries with GDF, Checking of RLSO1,s Submission of reports to Head
\nOffice on monthly basis, filling and record keeping of documents, Compile petty
\ncash and replenishment, reconcile suppliers statements monthly. Reconciliation
\nof stand alone systems e.g. Persal\/Bas,Sap\/Bas, Medsas\/Bas, and any other
\nduties delegated by supervisor.<\/p>\n
