REQUIREMENTS : Matric Certificate or National Certificate (Vocational). A relevant Bachelor\u2019s
\nDegree in Social Sciences or equivalent qualification. 3-5 years management
\nexperience. A valid driver\u2019s license. Knowledge: strategic management principles
\nand general transformation, an extensive understanding of Social Welfare
\nServices, Community Development as well as relevant legislation and policies,
\ncustomer care. Skills: Communication, Conflict Management, Problem solving,
\ninterpersonal, networking, strategic and financial management, Co-operative
\ngovernance Time and project management, human resource management.<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Service Office to implement
\nservice delivery improvement programmes, Establish and maintain sound
\nrelationship with stakeholders, Ensure effective human and financial resource
\nmanagement, Render effective and efficient Social Welfare Services, Render
\neffective and efficient community development programmes.<\/p>\n
