To call defaulting Capitec Bank clients and negotiate repayment of loans, maximizing client retention and minimizing bad debt.<\/p>\n
Qualifications <\/strong><\/p>\n National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational) 1 – 2 years\u2019 experience on Predictive Dialler, Tallyman collections system and Avaya soft phone Communication skills (verbal & written) in English and Afrikaans<\/p>\n Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook) at a basic level<\/p>\n Emotional resilience<\/p>\n Ability to speak an African Language an advantage<\/p>\n Good Listening and comprehension skills<\/p>\n Telephonic skills<\/p>\n Conflict management<\/p>\n Attention to detail and high level of accuracy<\/p>\n Negotiation skills<\/p>\n Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willing and able to work extra hours, outside normal business hours as and when required<\/p>\n Willing and able to work shifts within a 45 hour work week (Monday \u2013 Sunday)<\/p>\n Clear criminal and credit record<\/p>\n
\nExperience 1 – 2 years collections experience in a collections call centre<\/p>\n
\nKnowledge and skills Call centre processes and procedures, customer care and service protocol<\/p>\n
\nAdditional Requirements Ability to work in an open plan environment<\/p>\n
