REQUIREMENTS : Three year National Diploma in Customer Care \/ Communication \/ Public
\nManagement or equivalent. Two to five years relevant experience in Contact Centre
\nenvironment. Knowledge: DoL and Compensation Fund objectives and business
\nfunctions, Customer Care Strategy, Contact Centre goals and performance
\nrequirements, Compensation Fund Services, Compensation Fund Value Chain and
\nbusiness processes , Relevant Fund policies, procedures and processes,
\nStakeholders and customers, Customer Care(Batho Pele Principles) ,Fund Values,
\nRequired IT knowledge, IT Operating Systems, Risk Awareness Contact Centre and
\nInbound operational workflow process activities, Contact Centre quality assurance.
\nSkills: Required Technical Proficiency i.e. Customer Service supervisory ,
\ncontinuous process improvement; quality assurance systems application; monitoring
\nPlasma TV; and benchmarking best practices, Performance Management ,Written
\nand verbal business writing skills, Meeting planning; organisation and facilitation
\n,Required IT , Fund IT Operating Systems ,Data and records management
\n,Telephone skills and etiquette , Policy development, Report writing<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Implement effective customer driven quality workflow processes. Escalate enquiries
\nto the Back Office and the Outbound Supervisor .Provide quality checks on incoming
\ncalls .Utilise resources efficiently .Supervise Inbound Agents.<\/p>\n
