\nSALARY : R123 738 per annum (Salary level 5), The successful candidate will be required
\nto sign a performance agreement.
\nCENTRE : National Office Pretoria
\nREQUIREMENTS : Applicants should be in possession of a Matric and or Relevant Bachelor\u2019s
\ndegree\/diploma will be added an advantage. Basic accounting knowledge and
\nexperience; Working knowledge of BAS National Treasury Regulations.
\nComputer skills (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel); Ability to work under pressure
\nand prepared to work irregular hours.<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Key competencies include: Verify all allocation codes and supporting
\ndocumentation for payments received. Preparation of BAS payments for
\ncapturing. Perform reconciliation of creditor\u2019s statements. Process of creditor
\npayments and employee payments on BAS. Capturing of invoice payments on
\nlogis. Handling of petty cash. Safe keeping of state money. Ensure adherence to
\nthe PFMA and Treasury Regulations. Handling of all relevant telephone enquires.<\/p>\n
