REQUIREMENTS : A three-year tertiary qualification in Human Resource Development\/Training
\nManagement. Training as a Skills Development facilitator, assessor, train the
\ntrainer is essential. At least one year working experience in a Human Resource
\nDevelopment\/training and development environment. Knowledge of MS Office
\nSuite. Person Profile: These positions will suit persons with: Good
\ncommunication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and under
\npressure. Willingness to work long hours.<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Assist in facilitating training\/offering training, monitoring of training plan and
\nbudget by capturing data. Manage training, bursary and internship applications.
\nAcknowledge receipt of all applications. Verify documents of candidates and
\ntraining service providers. Provide administrative support to professionals. Ensure
\ngood record keeping. Maintain training providers database. Process payment of
\ntraining providers database.<\/p>\n
