REQUIREMENTS : A Secretarial diploma or equivalent qualification. In-depth knowledge of English
\ngrammar and its application. Numerical and statistical literacy. At least one year
\nexperience rendering support to senior management. Knowledge of MS Office
\nSuite. Person Profile: This position will suit a person with: Good communication,
\ninterpersonal, telephone etiquette, organisation, research, finance management,
\nnumerical and analytical skills. Has an eye for detail, a flair for statistics and
\nlanguages, is deadline driven and thrives under pressure. Must be a logical and
\nclear thinker. Ability to take initiative.<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Provide a secretarial\/receptionist support service to the manager. Render
\nadministrative support services. Provide support to manager regarding meetings.
