REQUIREMENTS : A Matric certificate. A Secretarial Diploma will be an added advantage. Proven
\nexperience in general secretarial\/administration functions. Knowledge of MS
\nOffice Suite. Person Profile: This position will suit a person with: Good
\norganisational, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work
\nindependently. Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure in order to
\nmeet deadlines.<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Render administrative support services. Ensure filing (high volume) and
\nsafekeeping of documents. Provide support regarding meetings\/training. Support
\nthe office with the administration of the budget. Remain up to date with the
\nrelevant Public Service and departmental prescripts\/policies and other
\ndocuments. Liaise with stakeholders.<\/p>\n
