REQUIREMENTS : A recognized three years relevant Degree\/ National Diploma in Human Resource
\nManagement or Grade 12\/ level 4\/ Vocational Certificate with 3-5 experience in
\nHuman Resource Management. Knowledge of the Public Service Prescripts. Indept
\nknowledge and understanding of the PILIR processes and procedures.
\nComputer literacy, Presentation and Investigation skills. Good communication
\nskills (written, verbal and liaison). An innovative, analytical, self driven team
\nplayer, with the ability to work in a highly pressured environment. A valid driver\u2019s\u00a0license. People on salary level 8 are encouraged to apply for this position, if
\ninterested on lateral transfer.<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Providing Client and Advisory Service for HR on PILIR related matters. Provide
\nLeadership guidance and strengthening of stakeholder relations. Identify risk
\narears and monitor processes and procedures. Co-ordinate and facilitate formal
\nand functional PILIR training. Compile reports on projects rendered.<\/p>\n
