\nSALARY : R195 177 per annum (all inclusive remuneration package of 280 735 p.a.)
\nCENTRE : Pretoria<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS : Applicants must be in possession of a Senior Certificate or equivalent
\nqualification which is NQF level 4 accompanied by Grade B PSIRA accredited
\nqualification. A Grade A\u201d PSIRA accredited qualification will be an added
\nadvantage. A relevant experience in CCTV, Access control and Key control.
\nRelevant experience in security within the Public Service. Good communication
\nand interpersonal skills. Strong leadership skills and self-discipline. Report writing
\nskills. Decision making. Ability to manage, lead and motivate others. Organizing,
\nplanning and problem solving skills. Ability to function independently. Must be
\nable to understand and execute regulations and policies. Computer literacy.
\nKnowledge of relevant legislations: Criminal Procedure Act, Control of Access to
\nPublic Premises and Vehicles Act, MISS and MPSS. The candidate will be
\nexpected to travel and be prepared to work long hours from time to time. And
\nmust willing to work shifts. A valid driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n
DUTIES : The successful candidate will:Administer physical security within the department.
\nAssist with the administration of departmental keys. Administer the security
\nsystem and equipment of the department. Conduct security audits and
\ninvestigations of security breaches\/ incidents. Advise management regarding
\nsecurity risks. Maintain and update all security registers Supervise and control
\nsecurity officers on shift. Draft and manage the monthly roster. Conduct
\neducational security awareness within the department. Compile security reports
\non a weekly basis for management consideration.<\/p>\n
