REQUIREMENTS : Possession of Access to District Health Information System (DHIS) or Tier.net.
\nSenior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification. A qualification in Office
\nadministration\/Public administration\/Management. At least 1 year extensive
\nworking within clinic environment .Experience in Data management skills and
\nanalysis. Good telephone etiquette, good interpersonal skills. Advance computer
\nskills. Data capturing skills, ability to file patients record systematically. Poses a
\ngood work ethic. Must poses a course in data management , advanced computer
\nliteracy proficiency in MS Word, Power point, Excel and Internet. Willingness to
\nwork under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to pay attention to detail. Ability
\nto work with wide range of internal and external partners.<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Daily retrieving of patient\u2019s files, collection 0f patient\u2019s raw data from relevant
\nPHC services point\u2019s registers\/data sources into computers. Communication with
\npatients. Typing MEMOS, sending e-mails, scanning and faxing documents.
\nReproducing and making copies. Daily coordination of all related activities,
\nparticipate during compilation of reports. Capturing of patient\u2019s raw data within
\nspecified time frames. Verification of data for consistency, completeness and
\naccuracy. Consolidate data. Liaise with professional nurses on data management
\nissues. Support facility manager on data management issues. Support the facility
\nmanagement to compile the monthly and quarterly data. Systematically daily
\nfilling of patients records including blood records. Arrange office supplies. Provide
\nhighly quality administration support to the teams. Capture and circulate minutes.
\nForm part of the multi-disciplinary team.<\/p>\n
