REQUIREMENTS : Grade 10\/12 Certificate or equivalent qualification. 4 years experience in Public
\nSector in food service. Good communication and writing skills, Hospitality
\ncertificates will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Supervision of food service personnel and activities in the unit. Responsible for
\nordering, receiving, storage and control of stock and assist with the application of
\ncost control measures. Read menus and recipes and supervise the production of
\nmeals portioning and distribution. Ensuring cleanliness, safety. Reporting faulty
\nequipment immediately. Rotation of day and night shift as a supervisor.
\nResponsible for the appraisal and implementation of monitored PMDS. Accept
\nadditional functions delegated by the supervisor.<\/p>\n
