The CIB PMO is a project-management centre-of-excellence, supporting change initiatives throughout CIB. It also acts as secretariat to the CIB Technology Board and Local Project Oversight Committee (LPOC), which governs change-related investments at an executive level within the organisation.
\nThe PDA is responsible for conducting in-depth portfolio data analysis and multiple view reporting (slicing and dicing of data) to meet the requirements of multiple stakeholders, ranging from operational project performance reporting to strategic portfolio analysis.
\nThe PDA works closely with Portfolio Managers to ensure that the necessary data is collected at source. The PDA is responsible for the design and implementation of the systems that support the PMO data repository, as well as the tight integration with the financial systems of the bank
\n-Gathering of all global portfolio data requirements across the multiple stakeholders
\n-Design the underlying systems to reflect the collection of source data and ensure data integrity and quality across all systems
\n-Provide data analysis solutions that meet the requirements
\n-Develop standardised and automated reporting capability in line with requirements
\n-Design, implement and maintain the integration \/ interface points between PMO data systems as well as financial systems across the global landscape
\n-Support Portfolio Assurance Managers with regards to all data, reporting and analysis requirements
\n-Provide continuous improvement of data management systems
\n-Develop and own all data flows that govern the capture and maintenance of data with associated quality and ownership controls
\n-Maintain ongoing relationships with all portfolio management stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and met
