The incumbent will be responsible for providing key administrative support to the recruitment team throughout the entire recruitment cycle for the War on Leaks Project (WOL). The incumbent will report to the Talent Management Officer during the WOL recruitment process including screening CV\u2019s, arranging interviews, interviewing, advising on recruitment queries, preparing employment contracts (guided by the TMOs), and together with all other day to day tasks that the recruitment team covers.<\/p>\n

PRIMARY DUTIES<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Plans, organizes, and coordinates recruitment activities; meets with individuals, departments and committees to define position, selection criteria, timelines, etc. Gives group presentations regarding recruitment guidelines and committee responsibilities related to selection procedures, development of interview questions\/skills tests and writing exercises, and equal employment opportunity guidelines.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Reviews recruitment paperwork for completeness and accuracy such as job announcements, interview questions, record sheets, etc.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Responds to applicants\u2019 inquiries both orally and in writing.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Reviews employment files to verify minimum qualifications for position are met.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Reviews interview questions; offers suggestions to clarify ambiguous inquiries.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Compiles monitors and tracks all recruitment statistics.<\/p>\n

JOB REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Grade 12 or equivalent<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Post matric qualification in administration field is essential<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 2-4 years general office administration experience preferably in an HR environment<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Knowledge and understanding of the recruitment processes and procedures will be an advantage<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Good Communication skills (verbal and written)<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Computer Literacy Ms Office Suite<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Knowledge of SAP HR will be an advantage<\/p>\n
