Learners that successfully complete the program obtain a Help Desk Level 2 qualification. The 12-month program contains classroom and workplace components to identify and understand customer needs, delivering a first class inbound and outbound customer service and sales, in order to increase the profitability of the business and remaining committed to treating customers fairly.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"requisitiondetails-label\">Qualifications<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Applicants must have passed Grade 12 and must be currently unemployed.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Applicants must have passed Grade 12 and Mathematics \/ Mathematical Literacy<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Applicants must have passed an official second language.<\/li>\n<li>Only SA citizens aged between 18-25 are eligible to apply.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"requisitiondetails-label\">Skills<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Computer literacy \u2013 MS Office<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Communication Skills<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation Skills<\/li>\n<li>Time Management Skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"requisitiondetails-label\">Job Objectives<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>1. OPERATIONAL PRODUCTIVITY<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Answer calls and contact customers telephonically<\/li>\n<li>Make outbound calls to acquire customer information<\/li>\n<li>Obtain customer information<\/li>\n<li>Handle all customer inquiries telephonically<\/li>\n<li>Process personal loans applications and documents<\/li>\n<li>Explain the personal loans application process clearly to customers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2.
