\nSALARY : R110 739 \u2013 R 130 446 per annum. The successful candidate will be required to

REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 or equivalent qualification; Two years experience in the operation of
\nswitchboard; Experience in Clerical \/ Administrative function will be an added
\nadvantage; Communicate in English as well as African language. Skills and
\nCompetencies: Interpersonal and organizational skills; Computer literacy; Ability
\nto work under pressure and in a team.<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Handle incoming and outgoing calls, take and convey messages; Test the
\nswitchboard consoles; Update departmental telephone directory; Record and
\nmaintain the register for security-related matters; Ensure proper maintenance of
\nthe switchboard equipment; Prepare the telephone printouts for private calls and
\nkeep records and statistics thereof.<\/p>\n
