Candidates selected will be trained in motor mechanics, customer services and the motor industry.<\/p>\n<p>A position has become available for a CBMT Level learner to provide quality service at a reasonable price in accordance with skills laid down for a Level Four Motor Mechanic achieving the required productivity expressed in percentage efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>As a CBMT level 1 Learner you will be responsible for the following :<\/p>\n<p><strong>Training in the Motor Industry<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overall understanding of Motor Industry.<\/li>\n<li>Understand principles of competency based training.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use a Learning Guide for level 1 Motor Mechanic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Motor Mechanic Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to perform all work as laid down for Motor Mechanics Levels 1<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Customer Service<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exhibit a willingness to assist team-members when required.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to a spirit of team co-operation by offering assistance before being asked.<\/li>\n<li>Provide internal departments with a speedy and helpful service, thereby contributing to the overall success of the business.<\/li>\n<li>Provide a professional and competitive service to external customers, by ensuring timeous completion of jobs and maintenance of quality of work.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate on an on-going basis with all mentors regarding any changes in completion times, additional services needed and solve customer complaints prior to involving your manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Dependability<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adhere to agreed working hours.<\/li>\n<li>Successful completion of level one<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Minimum Requirements :<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12<\/li>\n<li>Technical Qualification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pnet.co.za\/jobs--CBMT-Level-1-Learner-Randburg-Nissan--2057795-inline.html?&amp;cs=true&amp;ssaPOP=1&amp;ssaPOR=1\"><u><strong>Click Here to Nissan Vacancy Page<\/strong><\/u><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nissan is offering a Learnership in CBMT Level 1 programme to be based at its Randburg operations.
