\nSALARY : R132 3990 per annum (Salary level 5). The successful candidate will be required

REQUIREMENTS : A senior certificate with basic knowledge of Human Resource Management,
\nFinance, Administration, Provisioning and Transport Management. Relevant
\nDiploma or Degree will serve as an added advantage. The ideal candidate should
\ndisplay competency in written and verbal communication, computer literacy,
\ngeneral skills, basic knowledge of budget processes, internal control systems,
\nPERSAL, as well as the Basic Accounting System (BAS).<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Administer all Human Resource Functions including personnel Performance
\nManagement, Recruitment and Selection, Appointments. Administer all
\nProvisioning functions including official and subsidized vehicles, placing orders
\nand ensuring the effectiveness in timeous payments to suppliers, Administer\u00a0Auxiliary services and maintenance of all assets and buildings. Administer all
\nfinancial functions including preparations of the office budget, monitoring and
\nproduction of monthly financial reports. Implementation of relevant internal control
\nsystems in the provincial office. Capturing of data on Persal.<\/p>\n
