COURT MANAGER 5 POSTS
\nSALARY : R361 659 – R426 009 per annum. (The successful candidate will be required to
\nsign a performance agreement)

REQUIREMENTS : A three (3) year Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Administration\/ National Diploma Service
\nManagement (NQF Level 5) plus the module on Case Flow Management or
\nrelevant and equivalent tertiary qualification; At least 3 years\u2019 managerial or
\nsupervisory experience; A valid driver\u2019s licence; Short listed candidates may be
\nsubject to competency assessment test. The following serve as a strong
\nrecommendation: Knowledge and experience in office and district administration;
\nKnowledge of the financial management and PFMA; Experience in managing
\nTrust (Third Party Funds) and Vote Account; Experience in the Court environment
\nwill be an added advantage. Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and
\nmanagement capabilities; Strategic capabilities; Good communication skills
\n(verbal and written); Ability to supervise staff; Computer literacy<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Key Performance Areas: Coordinate and manage the financial (Vote and Trust
\nAccount) resources of the office; Coordinate and manage the human resources of
\nthe office; Manage the strategic and business planning processes; Manage the
\nfacility, physical resources, information and communication related to courts;
\nManagement of Security; Implement the department policies at the courts;
\nCompile and analyze court statistics to show performance and trends; Provide
\ncase tracking services to the judiciary and prosecuting authority; Compile annual
\nperformance and statutory reports to the relevant users; Develop and implement
\ncustomer service improvements strategies; Lead and manage the transformation
\nof the office.<\/p>\n
