\nSALARY : R 243 747 per annum (plus benefits)
\nCENTRE : Emmasdal Child and Youth Care Centre
\nJW Luckhoff Child and Youth Care Centre<\/p>\n
\nAdministration with 2-5 years\u2019 experience in human resource management\/
\nauxiliary environment or Grade 12 with more than 10 years\u2019 experience.
\nKnowledge of recruitment, service benefits and conditions, performance
\nmanagement and human resource development legislation framework, process,
\nprocedures and systems. Knowledge of systems and procedures governing
\nrecords and fleet management and general support services in the Department. A
\nvalid driver\u2019s licence. Skills and Competencies Must have good communications,
\npeople management, report writing, coordination, planning and organizing skills.<\/p>\n
\nmanagement and recruitment functions. Manage switchboard, reception, fleet
\nmanagement, records management functions and general support services.
\nManage Auxiliary Services and maintenance of all assets Supervise staff,
\ndevelopment, leave plans and training needs. Monitor submission of monthly
\nreports. Develop and implement relevant internal control systems<\/p>\n

\nJW Luckhoff Child and Youth Care Centre<\/p>\n
\nManagement\/Logistics with 2-5 years\u2019 experience in the Finance and Supply
\nChain Management environment or Grade 12 with more than 10 years
\nexperience. Knowledge and understanding of SCM prescripts i.e. Treasury
\nRegulations, PFMA, etc. Knowledge of procedures and processes regulating
\nasset management function in the public services. A valid driver\u2019s licence. Skills
\nand Competencies must have good communication, numerical, planning,
\norganizing, computer literacy<\/p>\n
\nexpenditure reports. Assist in the development of asset assets. Supervise the
\nadministrative process for requisitions and payment of goods and services. Assist\u00a0in the development of specification for required outsourced services and monitor
\nservice providers in the delivery of such services.<\/p>\n
