REQUIREMENTS : Degree\/National Diploma in Public Administration\/Human Resource Management
\n\/Finance Management and Supply Chain Management with 3-4 years\u2019
\nexperience in Auxiliary Support Services in the public service and 3 years
\nSupervisory experience. Knowledge and understanding of legislation, policies,
\nprocesses and procedures governing Human Resources\/Financial
\nManagement\/Supply Chain\/ Facilities Management and Occupational Health and
\nSafety Practices. A valid driver\u2019s license. Skills and Competencies, Good
\nCommunication, Project and programme management skills, Transformation
\nmanagement, Change Management, Stakeholder management, Problem solving,
\nAnalysis, Service Delivery Innovation, decision making, People Management and
\nEmpowerment, In depth understanding of safety and security in a correctional
\nenvironment. Integrity and honesty, Confidentiality, Good Interpersonal relations,
\nknowledge of the legislations and policy frame work.<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Manage HRM, finance and supply chain. Oversee general administration support
\nfunctions including outsourced services, food service and switchboard service.
\nOversee fleet management functions. Manage infrastructure upgrading and
\nmaintenance functions. Prepare institutions budget. Develop operational plan for
\nthe unit and manage staff performance.<\/p>\n
