HUMAN RESOURCE PRACTITIONER

REQUIREMENTS : A Three year degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources
\nManagement with atleast three years relevant experience. Requirements:
\nAbility to write reports and submission, excellent analytical and
\ncommunication skills (written and verbal). Good interpersonal relations.
\nComputer literacy. Job knowledge: Knowledge and experience in Human
\nResources Management practices especially with regards to recruitment and
\nselection. Good knowledge of the Public Service Regulations and Act.<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Coordinate the response from applicants by sorting out all the applications
\nalphabetically and numbering them. Respond to queries as and when
\nreceived from applicants. Compile an executive summary of all applicants.
\nConduct reference checks in respect of shortlisted candidates. Coordinate
\nattendance of competency assessments by candidates with the service
\nprovider approved by Dpsa. Arrange all the interviews and the logistical
\ninvolved. Make travel arrangements for shortlisted candidates and assist them
\nwith their travel and subsistence claims. Scribe during interviews. Conduct
\nverifications of qualifications as well as security screening of the
\nrecommended candidate. Assist with other HR administrative duties as when
\nrequired<\/p>\n
