REQUIREMENTS : National Diploma \/Degree in Occupational Therapy. Post graduate Diploma in
\nVocational Rehabilitation will be an added advantage .Valid code B driver\u2019s
\nlicence. Five to six years relevant experience \/ related experience- a proven
\ntrack record in vocational rehabilitation. Registration with HPCSA.
\nKnowledge: Public Service, DoL and Compensation Fund business strategies
\nand goals, Compensation Fund Value Chain and business processes , COIDA
\nAct , National Health Act , Health Act , Allied Health Professions Act ,
\nRehabilitation Framework and Policy , Skills Development Act Integrated
\nNational Disability strategy (INDS) , Occupational Health and Safety Act
\n(OHS) , Public Service Act , Promotion of Equity and Prevention of Unfair
\nDiscrimination Act. Skills: Rehabilitation, Analytical, Business Writing,
\nFinancial Management, Knowledge Management, Planning and Organizing,
\nProblem Solving and Analysis, Decision Making, Client Orientation and
\nCustomer Focus, Communication.<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Manage early return to work and community re-integration programmes.
\nParticipate in the development \/ review of rehabilitation strategy, policies and
\nprotocols in accordance with the nation legislative framework. Establish and
\nmaintain high-level relationship with various internal and eternal stakeholders.
\nManage the Disability Management Section.<\/p>\n
