{"id":24607,"date":"2015-09-10T12:44:13","date_gmt":"2015-09-10T10:44:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=24607"},"modified":"2015-09-10T12:44:13","modified_gmt":"2015-09-10T10:44:13","slug":"internship-programme-human-resource-management","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/internship-programme-human-resource-management.html","title":{"rendered":"Internship Programme Human Resource Management"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Solethu Energy is looking for unemployed young dynamic, innovative ideas, exceptionally talented and ambitious graduate, to enter into an internship programme for a period of 6 months.<\/p>\n<p>The trainee will be exposed to the full breadth and variety of our Human Resource (HR) function.<\/p>\n<p>The internship programme is based On\u2013The\u2013Job Training for individuals with a qualification from an institute of higher education who wish to develop hands-on work experience.<\/p>\n<p><u>Key Result Areas and Learning Outcomes<\/u><\/p>\n<p>The programme is divided into the following areas of focus:<\/p>\n<p>Human Resources Development:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Training Co-ordination<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the compilation all internal and external training reports, e.g. WSP, ATR.<\/li>\n<li>Support the implementation and maintenance of the performance management system and process.<\/li>\n<li>HR Business Partnering:<\/li>\n<li>Recruitment Co-ordination \u2013 prepare adverts; conducts interviews; arrange and conducts reference checks.<\/li>\n<li>Advises managers on the managing of discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate the employee induction programme<\/li>\n<li>Employee Relations: Co-ordinate specific requirements associated with the application of the Disciplinary and Grievance Procedure at the operational level.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the HR Reporting to prepare all relevant HR monthly reports and forward as per deadline.<\/li>\n<li>Remuneration and Benefits<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the coordination and administration of all payroll admin<\/li>\n<li>Processing of wages and salaries on the payroll system (VIP)<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the Benefits administration<\/li>\n<li>Coordination and follow up on all timesheets<\/li>\n<li>Performance Management<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the application of methods and standards to determine specific requirements and dimensions of the\u00a0Performance Management.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the on-going and bi annual performance management review meetings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Administration:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Administration and coordination of HRD projects, training, development etc.<\/li>\n<li>Administration and collection of BBBEE raw data from all stakeholders and maintaining all other transformation information thereof.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Educational Qualifications<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Human Resource qualification from an Institute of Higher learning<\/li>\n<li>Industrial Psychology degree<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Personal Attributes<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Planning and organizing skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical &amp; problem solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Committed team player with sound interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Above average proficiency in MS Office Programs<\/li>\n<li>Proactive and innovative thinker<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills written and verbal<\/li>\n<li>Have a passion for working with people<\/li>\n<li>Ability to be assertive and empathic<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Solethu Energy is committed to the advancement of employment equity.<\/p>\n<p>Preference will be given to female candidates with disability from previous disadvantaged communities<\/p>\n<p>Interested candidates MUST send a comprehensive copy of their CV coupled with all relevant qualifications (statement of results and copy of ID) to: Ayiesha Solomon: <a href=\"mailto:Ayieshas@solethuenergy.co.za\">Ayieshas@solethuenergy.co.za<\/a><\/p>\n<p>CLOSING DATE: 14th September 2015<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Solethu Energy is looking for unemployed young dynamic, innovative ideas, exceptionally talented and ambitious graduate, to enter into an internship programme for a period of 6 months.
