\nSALARY : R110 739 per annum (Excluding Benefits) (Level 4)
\nCENTRE : DPP: Limpopo (Polokwane) (Ref no 2015\/243), DPP: South Gauteng (Ref no
\n2015\/244), DPP: Mpumalanga (Ref no 2015\/245)<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 or equivalent. Plus experience in Switchboard and administrative
\nfunctions. Knowledge of public service legislation. Good written and verbal
\ncommunication skills. MS Office package. Planning and Organizing skills.
\nClient orientation and customer focus.<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Answer all incoming calls. Keep staff extensions numbers register up to date
\nand change register when staff changes offices. Registration of daily incoming
\ninquest in section. Report faulty machines when out of order. Attend to public t
\nreception. Sort out incoming faxes and distribute to relevant officials. Assist
\nwith registration of daily incoming work when requested to do so. Maintain
\nregister of outgoing mail. Maintain telephone lists.<\/p>\n
