\nSALARY : R196 278 per annum
\nCENTRE : Pretoria<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS : A national diploma in human resources (HR) with at least one year’s
\nexperience in an HR environment. Knowledge of MS Office, Persal, HR
\nprocesses and procedures, the Public Service Act and Regulations, the Public
\nService Co-ordinating Bargaining Council Resolutions, the Department of
\nPublic Service and Administration Financial Manual and HR policies. Good
\ninterpersonal and analytical skills; verbal and written communication and
\nreport writing skills. Ability to work under pressure, individually and as part of a
\nteam.<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Assist in the recruitment, selection, deployment and induction of new
\nemployees. Capture and update employee information on the relevant HR
\nsystems. Process applications for leave of absence. Assist in the
\nadministration of the Performance Management and Development System.
