Our main focus is to ensure EMF compliance, in line with international guidelines for safe exposure to radio-frequency fields, for the major South African mobile operators. All base station sites in the network is inspected, audited and monitored. Surveyors are paired in teams of two, based in a region and travel locally and internationally when required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Climbing of mast\u2013 and building structures<\/li>\n<li>Performing compliance surveys at cellular base stations<\/li>\n<li>Create CAD models of base station sites<\/li>\n<li>Use a mobile spectrum analyser to perform EMF measurements<\/li>\n<li>Implement the necessary control measures on site<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with other duties when required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The ideal candidate should have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A valid SA driver\u2019s license<\/li>\n<li>National Diploma in Electrical- (light current) or Mechanical Engineering OR<\/li>\n<li>Working towards a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering (light current) and seeking experiential training<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Details Please send:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CV\u2019s (inclusive of academic results \u2013 School &amp; Tertiary)<\/li>\n<li>Copy of SA Driver\u2019s License<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PLEASE NOTE:<\/strong> Candidates, who do not submit all the supporting documentation as requested, will not be considered.<\/p>\n<p>Contact Person: Tina Joubert (021) 880 \u2013 1880 Email: <a href=\"mailto:hr@emss.co.za\">hr@emss.co.za<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Closing Date: 29 September 2015<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>EMSS Consulting is seeking a regional RF Surveyor who will join our team.
