Avusa Media South Africa recruits Direct Sales Executive – BDFM<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job description<\/h3>\n

Purpose of the Job:<\/p>\n

Proactive selling Digital to non accredited agencies and direct clients.<\/p>\n

Main Responsibilities \/ Outcomes:<\/p>\n

* Achievement of aggressive monthly revenue targets.
\n* New Business Development: Prospect and contact potential clients to grow client base in the digital environment.
\nSales knowledge \/ background in: Investor Relations (IR), Digital, Product Development, etc)
\n* Ability to deal with clients on all levels e.g. Managing Directors, Marketing Managers, Strategic Planners, etc.
\n* Develop and maintain professional long term relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
\n* Creation of innovative advertising opportunities \/ environments within Digital and Print space.
\n* Analysis of trends in the overall advertising market
\n* Constant evaluation of campaigns\/ ad spend levels
\n* Internal liaison: Develop cross departmental relationships with editorial, production and advertising team
\n* Administration: monitor competitor publications, booking dockets, material and client feedback<\/p>\n

* Broad marketing and digital media planning.
\n* Advertising and media background.
\n* Customer focused, business minded, with a thorough understanding of sales methods.<\/p>\n

\n* Skilled negotiator with high energy levels.
\n* Team player.
\n* Good communications skills.
\n* Dynamic self-starter.
\n* Customer service orientation.
\n* Ability to work under pressure.
\n* Deal with clients queries beyond office hours.<\/p>\n

Minimum Requirements: <\/strong><\/p>\n

* Matric\/ Grade 12 (post-matric qualifications an advantage)
\n* Digital, Print and Investor Relations (IR) advertising experience an advantage
\n* Two years advertising sales experience NON NEGOTIABLE
\n* Drivers license
\n* Own car essential<\/p>\n
