REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 or Grade 10 with relevant experience between 5 to 10 years.
\nCompleted courses and experience in word processing, spreadsheet and
\npresentation software packages. Organising. Planning. Problem solving.
\nAnalytical Computer. Time management. Minute taking. Conflict
\nmanagement. Financial management. planning\/management Inter-personal
\nrelations. Verbal and written communication. Self-disciplined and able to work
\nunder pressure with minimum supervision. Working knowledge of the relevant
\nActs, prescripts, regulations, practice notes and procedures pertaining to
\nPublic Administration, Finance, labour relations, human resource
\nadministration, HR provisioning, and Human Resource Management.
\nDictaphones, computer, printer, photocopier, fax machine and MS Office
\nsoftware i.e. Word, Excel.<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Provide all personnel administration services on PERSAL. Render
\nappointments services. Render Conditions of services. Implement
\nPerformance Management Development System appraisals for all employees
\nin the Department. Implement all departmental Human Resource policies,
\nstrategies and procedures to ensure adherence by Departmental personnel.
\nAssist in the coordination of HR administration activities \/ processes. Capture
\naccurate information on PERSAL. Ensure compliance with the HR related
\nstatutory requirements. Participate in the implementation and maintenance of
\neffective and efficient administrative systems and procedures within the
\nDirectorate. Provide Human Resource Advisory services to all Departmental
\npersonnel. Guide and advice personnel on human resource administration
\nmatters to enhance the correct implementation of personnel administration
\npractises\/ policies. Assist in the co-ordination of information sharing sessions
\nfor all the personnel in the Department. Deal with all HRA related queries.<\/p>\n
