REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 and a minimum 2 year working experience at Switchboard \/
\nReception \/ Helpdesk\/ Service Desk\/ Call centre. A call centre or relevant\/
\nequivalent qualification will be an added advantage. OTHER: Office
\nManagement. Computer Literacy. Customer Service skills, experience in
\nclient liaison and telephone etiquette as well as good communication skills.
\nFluency in English.<\/p>\n
DUTIES : The successful candidates will be expected to work shifts (both day and
\nnight). He\/ She will perform all Switchboard duties and other office related
\ntasks. Switchboard duties comprises of the answering of inbound and
\noutbound calls; attending to enquiries; transferring calls to relevant
\ndepartments; sending of SMS`s to staff and patients; taking messages and
\nrelay to the relevant person. Office related administrative tasks compromise
\nof filing; completing of official documents; updating of telephone directory and
\ncompiling and distribution of in-house telephone bills to relevant departments;
\ntake minutes of meeting upon request. The candidate must remain friendly
\nand helpful at all times, even when working under pressure and adhere to
\nBatho Pele Principles. The candidates must be flexible to perform his\/her
\nduties on short notice if the roster changes.<\/p>\n
