REQUIREMENTS : Senior Certificate, Certificate in Health Promotion or equivalent Qualification
\nin health Promotion with at least 2 Years relevant experience or Senior
\nCertificate\/National Certificate (Vocational) with at least 5-6 years relevant
\nexperience in Health Promotion field. A valid driver\u2019s license will be an added
\nadvantage. Ability to work with the community. Presentation, negotiation and
\ndispute resolution skill, knowledge in community health programmes. Good
\ncommunication skills and interpersonal relations. Knowledge of relevant Acts,
\nRegulations and Policies with regard to health promotion and knowledge of
\nPublic Finance Management Act.<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Conduct community programmes for health related issues. Management of
\nrecord keeping\/filing in health promotion office. Participate and lead the
\narrangements of awareness campaigns and events of healthy lifestyle
\nprogrammes. Ensure Stakeholder mobilization and involvement. Act as
\nresource and consultancy centre for health promotion in the community.
\nEnsure Community development and empowerment. Ensure Implementation
\nof project management for health promotion. Lead implementation of
\nIMCI\/HECI\/\/HPS\/ISP and support WBOT activities.<\/p>\n
