\nSALARY : R243 747 \u2013 R287 121 per annum (Plus benefits)
\nCENTRE : Tshwane District Maintenance Hub: Division<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS : A recognized National Diploma in Building or Equivalent OR N3 certificate or
\nEquivalent with Passed Trade Test. A valid Drivers\u2019 Licence. A minimum of 3
\nyears appropriate post qualification experience. Competencies: National
\nBuilding Standards Act of 1977, Regulations and Municipal Regulations.
\nPromotion of Access to Information Act of 2000. Promotion of Administrative
\nJustice Act of 2000. Government Immovable Asset Management Act of 2007.
\nOccupational Health and Safety Act of 1993 and Regulations. Public Finance
\nManagement Act. Skills- planning and organizing, verbal and written
\ncommunication and computer literacy skills.<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Provide technical inputs to Client\u2019s Department in drawing up specifications
\nand monitor compliance by service providers regarding health and safety
\nmatters. Implement regular compliance inspections and audits. Conduct
\ninvestigations into accidents and clients complaints. Make recommendations
\non mitigation measures to prevent recurrence of accidents. Provide technical
\nadvice regarding works inspection services.<\/p>\n
