REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification. One (1) to two (2) years\u2019
\nexperience in Human Resource Management, knowledge of Human
\nResource Management and NQF 6 qualification in HRM will be added
\nadvantages. Valid driver\u2019s licence. Computer literacy and presentation
\nskills. Report writing skills. Communication skills. Problem solving skills.
\nPlanning and organizing skills. Co-ordination skills.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Render effective administration process on service terminations, death,
\nresignations, retirements, Administer all types of employee benefits and
\nconditions of service (e.g. Long Service Awards, Medical Aid, PILLIR, Injury
\non Duty) Process leave gratuities. Administer leaves. Capture and process
\nPERSAL Transactions captured. Processing of pension benefits, leave payout.
\nCreate, update and maintain complete accurate Human Resource
\nrecords and personnel information. Utilise resources effectively, adhere to
\nBatho Pele Principles, Service Standards as well as Human Resource
\nPolicies and procedures.<\/p>\n
