Key Performance Areas<\/p>\n
Verification and confirmation of customer profiles<\/p>\n
Review & evaluate customer applications
\nVerify and update all customer details on the system
\nReview & assess customers affordability & credit worthiness
\nOffer debit order option with every customer’s call
\nMaintain customer services<\/p>\n
Ensure a polite, friendly, and professional confirmation service is offered to all customers and external stakeholders
\nImprove overall customer experience and service delivery statistics<\/p>\n
Quality control<\/strong><\/p>\n Ensure the accurate capturing of customer account details onto the system Ensure the accurate completion of time sheets on a daily basis Provide relief work in other operational departments in order to meet business requirements and customer needs \u2013 when required<\/p>\n Requirements:<\/strong> Grade 12 \/ Matric or equivalent<\/p>\n Experience & Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n 1 Year experience in office administration and\/or a data capturing, preferably in a contact centre environment Attribute & Behaviours<\/strong><\/p>\n Positive and energetic
\nFollow company processes accurately to ensure quality of service delivery
\nAdministration and reporting<\/p>\n
\nEnsure all verification documents are completed and approved within the required timeframes
\nProvide daily\/weekly\/monthly reports as per business requirements
\nProvide relief services<\/p>\n
\nQualifications & Accreditations<\/p>\n
\nClear understanding of an operational contact centre environment
\nMS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)<\/p>\n
\nManaging work and time to meet the required deadlines
\nHigh attention to detail accuracy
\nProactive and operates with a sense of urgency
\nAbility to work alone and in a team
\nExcellent communication skills
\nStrong planning and organizing skills
