Growth within our company has resulted in a vacancy for a Helpdesk Consultant. The successful candidate will report directly to the\u00a0Business Development\u00a0Manager of Channel Mobile.<\/p>\n
The position will require the successful candidate to provide technical support to clients. Duties revolve around:<\/p>\n
Responsible for responding to client enquiries timeously, effectively and efficiently.
\nMaximize customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution.
\nResponsible for maintaining the Company’s CRM, Management and Billing system by logging all phone calls, recording client details, updating client information and updating support cases.
\nMaintain up to date knowledge of all products.
\nTest products and issues being experienced by clients in order to find solutions or possible causes.
\nPromote and upsell additional product and services to clients through effective after sales service.<\/p>\n
