REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12\/ Vocation\/Level 4 Certificate. Two (2) \u2013 five (5) years\u2019 experience in accounts payable or finance field. Knowledge of accounts payable payment runs and\u00a0payment processing. Communication skills (verbal and written). Computer literacy (Word, excel and Powerpoint).<\/p>\n
Understanding of the PFMA, Treasury Regulations, Batho Pele Principles and other relevant prescripts governing the finances in the Public Sector. Ability to work underpressure. Knowledge of BAS and SAP system. Valid driver\u2019s licence.<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Process supplier payments on E-invoicing, Analysis of work cycle exceptions report. Training of Finance and Procurement teams at Institutions. Manage Accurate processing of payments to prevent duplications\/overpayments, underpayments or payments to wrong suppliers.<\/p>\n
Resolve queries and clear reconciling items. Reconciliation of supplier statements. Attend to audit queries. Do reporting.<\/p>\n
