{"id":25202,"date":"2015-10-15T10:44:44","date_gmt":"2015-10-15T08:44:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=25202"},"modified":"2016-11-15T16:39:15","modified_gmt":"2016-11-15T14:39:15","slug":"fnb-it-graduate-learnership-programme-2016-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/fnb-it-graduate-learnership-programme-2016-2.html","title":{"rendered":"FNB: IT Graduate Learnership Programme 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Location: Johannessburg<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Work as a Learner in various selected departments to gain work experience and an overall understanding of the financial industry.<\/p>\n<h3>Job Requirements<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Development of a service culture which builds rewarding relationships, proposes innovations and allows others to provide exceptional client service.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and manage a high level of organisational co-operation in order to ensure a professional service delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Provision of innovative, cost effective sourcing solutions that market and promote FNB as an employer of choice.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the practice is embedded throughout the business by overseeing documentation and continuous knowledge management and improvement thereof.<\/li>\n<li>Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements<\/li>\n<li>Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information<\/li>\n<li>Manage own development to increase own competencies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Additional Requirements<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>This is a fixed term contract role for one (1) year, with six (6) months spent in the classroom and the other 6 months on the job.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Learnerships are being offered in the following academies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Testing \u2013 Qualification requirement: IT degree\/IT Diploma<\/li>\n<li>Java \u2013 Qualification requirement: IT degree\/IT Diploma<\/li>\n<li>Preference will be given to candidates with no previous and\/or current learnership or Internship experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications And Experience<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12.
