{"id":25234,"date":"2015-10-21T14:41:51","date_gmt":"2015-10-21T12:41:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=25234"},"modified":"2016-11-14T15:37:34","modified_gmt":"2016-11-14T13:37:34","slug":"gauteng-dept-of-roads-and-transport-bursary-scholarship-programme-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/gauteng-dept-of-roads-and-transport-bursary-scholarship-programme-2016.html","title":{"rendered":"Gauteng Dept Of Roads And Transport: Bursary \/ Scholarship Programme 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Department of Roads and Transport is offering bursary opportunities to deserving students who intend enrolling in the following fields of study in the academic year 2016:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc\\BEng Civil Engineering \u25cf BTech Civil Engineering \u25cf BSc Town and Regional Planning \u25cf BSc Environmental Studies \u25cf BSc Geography \u25cf BTech Land Surveying \u25cf BSc Information Systems \u25cf BCom Transport Economics \u25cf BCom (Accounting\/Auditing) \u25cf BCom Real Estate \u25cf Bachelor of Laws<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Eligibility:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>South African citizen;<\/li>\n<li>Students who meet the entry requirements at an accredited institution of higher learning;<\/li>\n<li>Full time students intending to study at an accredited institution of higher learning in the academic year 2016;<\/li>\n<li>Students who are already registered for the above-mentioned fields of study.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Required Documents:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Certified copies of valid ID;<\/li>\n<li>Certified copies Matric Certificate\/ latest school results or qualifications;<\/li>\n<li>Proof of Admission from institution of higher learning\/provisional acceptance letter;<\/li>\n<li>Satisfactory academic record (if currently enrolled for any of the above-mentioned degrees);<\/li>\n<li>Proof of (household) parents income<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Value Of The Bursary:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>The bursary only covers the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Registration,<\/li>\n<li>Tuition,<\/li>\n<li>Meals,<\/li>\n<li>Accommodation and<\/li>\n<li>Prescribed Material.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>How To Apply<\/h3>\n<p><a class=\"apply\" href=\"http:\/\/www.roadsandtransport.gpg.gov.za\/Documents\/2016%20External%20Bursary%20Application%20Form.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Download Application Form For the Gauteng Dept of Roads and Transport Bursary \/ Scholarship Programme<\/a><\/p>\n<p>or<\/p>\n<p><strong>APPLICATION FORMS ARE OBTAINABLE AND SHOULD BE DELIVERED AT:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Department of Roads and Transport: 41 Simmonds Street (Cnr.
