Application is available for a full-time study bursary for girl learners in South Africa.<\/p>\n
INSTRUCTIONS: FOR SOUTH AFRICAN GIRL LEARNERS SCHOOLING IN RURAL AREAS.<\/u><\/p>\n
Please print and complete the form below.<\/p>\n
Mark appropriate blocks with an \u201cX\u201d.<\/p>\n
Application forms not correctly and fully completed will prejudice the applicant\u2019s chances of obtaining a bursary.<\/p>\n
Please attach certified copies of ID document, grade 11 or 12 results indicating subjects and symbols on school letterhead).<\/p>\n
Please complete section D as motivation for bursary and attach supporting documents, e.g. sworn affidavit.<\/p>\n
Applicants with less than symbol B (Higher Grade) in Mathematics and Science will not be considered<\/p>\n
Bursaries are only intended for girl learners from the rural areas as they are faced with limited opportunities, and to enhance transformation of the mining and mineral fields.<\/p>\n
Please note the bursaries are dependent on the mining and mineral sector requirements.<\/p>\n
It is your responsibility to apply for admission to any South African university and it is also recommended that you forward your application to at least two universities.<\/p>\n
Bursaries will be allocated for the year following the one in which the application is received.<\/p>\n
Closing date for applications is 30 October 2015<\/p>\n
