REQUIREMENTS : Degree\/National Diploma in Information Technology, 1-2 years\u2019 experience in Technical ICT operations environment. Technical knowledge and understanding of ICT Operations legislative framework, hardware and software standards.<\/p>\n
ICT technical skills, problem solving and planning\/organising skills. A valid driver\u2019s license.<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Provide service desk functions including the logging of calls as per standard. Provide technical operation and prioritise logged calls.<\/p>\n
Implement ICT operation standards, policies and procedures on software and hardware. Supervise and train ICT interns on technical operations<\/p>\n
