REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 with no experience, though a switchboard or reception operation would serve as an advantage. Professionalism, strong communication skills. Ability to learn the Department\u2019s service delivery standards, components and operate switchboard. Proficiency in a variety of official languages will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
Must be able to work under pressure and be dedicated to his\/her work. He\/she must be able to communicate with employees at all levels. Must be willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Render switchboard services. Attend to incoming and outgoing calls, transfer calls to relevant extensions and all l administrative duties incidental thereto. Provide clients with relevant information. Take messages and convey to relevant staff. Keep record of all outgoing calls.<\/p>\n
