Country: South Africa<br \/>\nState\/Province: Gauteng<br \/>\nCity\/Town: Rosslyn<br \/>\nFunctional Area: Sales<br \/>\nEntity Group: Trucks Sales<\/p>\n<p>Employment\/Assignment Type: Temporary<\/p>\n<p>The Volvo Group is one of the world\u2019s leading manufacturers of trucks, buses, construction equipment and marine and industrial engines under the leading brands Volvo, Renault Trucks, Mack, UD Trucks, Eicher, SDLG, Terex Trucks, Prevost, Nova Bus, UD Bus, Sunwin Bus and Volvo Penta.<\/p>\n<p>Volvo Group Trucks Sales is responsible for sales and marketing of trucks branded Volvo, Renault Trucks, Mack and UD worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>Volvo Group Trucks Sales is also responsible for the joint venture relationship between the Volvo Group and Eicher Motors Limited.<\/p>\n<p>With Volvo Group Trucks Sales you will be part of a global and diverse team of highly skilled professionals working with energy, passion and respect for the individual to become the world leader in sustainable transport solutions.<\/p>\n<p><u>Position Description<\/u><\/p>\n<p>This position will report to the Sales Support Manager<\/p>\n<p><u>Job Objectives<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To ensure that \u201cNew Vehicle Request\u201d form is completed and signed off for new Demo\u2019s<\/li>\n<li>Organise \u201cTracking system\u201d to be installed before demo leave UD premises \/ Load Warranty Activations<\/li>\n<li>Organise COF and Registration of all Demo\u2019s<\/li>\n<li>Organise with Dealer Network for services of demo vehicles and keep track of service history on all demo\u2019s.<\/li>\n<li>Keep track of all movements on demo\u2019s, adding service history.<\/li>\n<li>No demo\u2019s allowed to move before all paperwork in place, etc. signed Indemnity and Insurance.<\/li>\n<li>Renewals of licence for demo vehicles.<\/li>\n<li>Disposal Authorisation to be completed and signed off when demo is sold.<\/li>\n<li>Original documents to be forwarded to dealer network when released.<\/li>\n<li>SAP<\/li>\n<li>Do all Coding on invoices send to India on SAP systems.<\/li>\n<li>Once invoices appear on SAP \u2013 approve and forward to Managers for approval.<\/li>\n<li>Administration<\/li>\n<li>Compile Actual VS Target Reports.<\/li>\n<li>Ordering of stationary.<\/li>\n<li>M&amp;M booklets to be collected on the 25th of each month.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Education<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12, or equivalent (essential)<\/li>\n<li>National Diploma (1 year)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Job related Skills<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good with Administration<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Computer Skills (Excel and Word)<\/li>\n<li>Planning &amp; Co-coordinating<\/li>\n<li>Detailed focus<\/li>\n<li>Customer orientation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Key Competencies<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Planning and Organising<\/li>\n<li>Achieving Personal Work Goals and Objectives<\/li>\n<li>Delivering Results and Meeting Customer Expectations<\/li>\n<li>Coping with Pressures and Setbacks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.volvogroup.com\/group\/global\/en-gb\/career\/Pages\/career.aspx\" target=\"_new\"><u><strong>Click Here to Apply ONLINE<\/strong><\/u><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Volvo internship serves the purpose you to assist the Trucks Sales department with administration of Demo vehicles.
