The aim of the programme is to actively develop qualified artisans with learning potential.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>The programme seeks to address the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span id=\"ctl00_cphContent_ncRequisition_ctl28_requisitionControl\"><span id=\"ctl00_cphContent_ncRequisition_ctl28_requisitionControl_lblLabel\">To equip trainees with the relevant knowledge; the technical skills relating to our brands as well as the inter-personal skills critical for success in a corporate environment.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"ctl00_cphContent_ncRequisition_ctl28_requisitionControl\"><span id=\"ctl00_cphContent_ncRequisition_ctl28_requisitionControl_lblLabel\">The programme will be delivered in partnership with our dealerships to maximize learning and exposure to our value chain.
