The qualifying learner will to access opportunities for further development and training in the specialised areas of Wholesale and Retail such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00b7\u00a0 Operations.<\/li>\n<li>\u00b7\u00a0 Administration.<\/li>\n<li>\u00b7\u00a0 Merchandising.<\/li>\n<li>\u00b7\u00a0 Stock control.<\/li>\n<li>\u00b7\u00a0 Customer service.<\/li>\n<li>\u00b7\u00a0 Visual display merchandising.<\/li>\n<li>\u00b7\u00a0 Help desk operations<\/li>\n<li>\u00b7\u00a0 After successful completion of this qualifications learners will be able to:\n<ul>\n<li>\u00b7\u00a0 Understand the sector in which they work.<\/li>\n<li>\u00b7\u00a0 Provide customers with a high level of service.<\/li>\n<li>\u00b7 Operate effectively and efficiently in their area of specialisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This qualification has been developed to allow people within the industry to advance in an area of specialisation or to move into other areas of specialisation in the sector.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The learners will be placed at Head Office or in our Game stores and the project will be offered in Gauteng and Durban.
