To assist clients with any problems or queries relating to the Radio Retail system. The Helpdesk Operator must attempt to respond\/resolve the issue or queries as soon as possible. It is also important for them to build good communication with each store<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Incoming and outbound calls
\n\u2022 Service level monitoring
\n\u2022 Query and problem resolution
\n\u2022 Weekly reporting
\n\u2022 Any ad-hoc functions allocated<\/p>\n
\nMatric essential and two years experience as a Helpdesk Operator
\nComputer literacy
\nAttention to detail and accuracy
\nAbility to organise workloads in order to meet fluctuating volumes and work under pressure
\nTime management skills
\nService level management
\nAbility to work independently and in a team environment
\nGood interpersonal communication skills
\nGood telephone etiquette<\/p>\n
