{"id":25713,"date":"2015-11-20T10:54:01","date_gmt":"2015-11-20T08:54:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=25713"},"modified":"2016-07-07T00:16:43","modified_gmt":"2016-07-06T22:16:43","slug":"learnership-programme-2016-at-litha-pharma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/learnership-programme-2016-at-litha-pharma.html","title":{"rendered":"Learnership Programme 2016 at Litha Pharma"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Closing Date: Friday 20 November 2015<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Litha Pharma<\/strong>, the pharmaceutical division of the Litha Healthcare Group (LHG) is a Chieta*-accredited service provider of the Pharmaceutical Sales Representative qualification, and would like to invite applications for 12<strong>learnerships<\/strong> that we have available for the 2016\/ 2017 year (12 month duration).<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>OBJECTIVE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To equip recently-graduated learners and who are\u00a0CURRENTLY UNEMPLOYED\u00a0\u2013 with an occupation-specific qualification, augmented by relevant and real-time workplace experience.<\/li>\n<li>To enhance the marketability of the learner within the pharmaceutical industry, in order to facilitate permanent employment, as a pharmaceutical sales representative on the successful completion of the Learnership Programme.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>OVERVIEW OF THE LEARNERSHIP<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The 12 learnerships are available in Western Cape, KZN and Gauteng, and are as follows: 2 learnerships in Cape Town, 2 learnerships in Durban and 8 learnerships in Johannesburg\/ Pretoria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Twelve-month programme, incorporating contact sessions (theory) and workplace learning<\/li>\n<li>Formative (classroom) and Summative (workplace) assessments are conducted monthly<\/li>\n<li>Workplace component comprises shadowing, guidance and mentoring by experienced Litha employees, in the Sales environment.<\/li>\n<li>Learners will be integrated into a sales team for the duration of the twelve months, reporting to a Regional Sales Manager<\/li>\n<li>Learners will receive a monthly stipend from Litha for the duration of the Programme, and will be expected to abide with the company\u2019s policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>All assessments are submitted to Chieta in the form of Portfolios of Evidence (PoE), to evaluate competency<\/li>\n<li>Upon awarding of \u2018Competency\u2019 status for all Portfolios of Evidence, Chieta will award the National Certificate (PSR)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Learners need to be have obtained, or be in their final academic year of a <strong>Science or Health Science degree<\/strong>, with relevant major subjects.<\/li>\n<li>Learners will need their <strong>own reliable transport and an unendorsed SA Driver\u2019s License<\/strong>.
