{"id":25743,"date":"2015-11-23T16:32:11","date_gmt":"2015-11-23T14:32:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=25743"},"modified":"2016-07-07T00:16:43","modified_gmt":"2016-07-06T22:16:43","slug":"call-centre-support-learnership","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/call-centre-support-learnership.html","title":{"rendered":"Call Centre Support Learnership"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The learnership is a work based learning programme that leads to a National Certificate in Call Centre Support which is NQF level 3 qualification.<\/p>\n<p>Ref: (# 18546)<\/p>\n<p><u>The learnership will be hosted in the following offices:<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Cape Town \u2013 Parc Du Cap 2 Mispel Road Bellville<\/p>\n<p>Braamfontein \u2013 101 De Korte Street Johannesburg, Gauteng<\/p>\n<p>NB:Only on-line applications submitted via our careers page will be considered.<\/p>\n<p>The position exists within the MMI Health Centre of Excellence which was established to create one health capability across the MMI with a client focused philosophy, designing solutions based on segments\u2019 different client needs and value propositions.<\/p>\n<p><u>POSITION PURPOSE<\/u><\/p>\n<p>The programme assists learners to prepare for the workplace and promotes access to increased employment opportunities within the Medical Aid Administration and insurance industry.<\/p>\n<p><u>THE INCUMBENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conducting themselves as employees of MMI Holdings according to Company values<\/li>\n<li>Displaying a willingness to learn corporate values and technicalities<\/li>\n<li>Attending classroom activities and practical on the job training as well as carrying out functions in line with the Learnership as required by MMI Holdings<\/li>\n<li>Acquiring knowledge of company products, policies and procedures in order to be successful at on the job training activities<\/li>\n<li>Compiling a Portfolio of Evidence for submission to SETA<\/li>\n<li>Completing logbooks for work-based learning<\/li>\n<li>Achieving the required level in formative and summative assessments<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrating commitment to working in the medical scheme industry<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrating skills in using the company&#8217;s systems<\/li>\n<li>Showing understanding of the operational processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>THE APPLICANT SHOULD MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Completed Grade 12 Certificate<\/li>\n<li>Level 4 or 50% pass in English<\/li>\n<li>Level 3 or 40% pass in another official language<\/li>\n<li>Level 4 or 50% and above in Pure Mathematics<\/li>\n<li>Level 6 or 70% and above in Mathematical Literacy<\/li>\n<li>Intermediate efficiency in Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<li>Unemployed and can commit 12 months to the programme<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>COMPETENCIES REQUIRED<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure while being client centric at all times<\/li>\n<li>Assertive and good communication skills with the ability to access and use information<\/li>\n<li>Ability to be creative, innovative and a problem solver with collaboration and inclusiveness<\/li>\n<li>Self-management and results-driven behaviour with attention to detail and high levels of accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Successful candidates must be South African citizens between the ages of 18 and 35 years<\/li>\n<li>Successful candidates must be available from 1 February 2016 to 31 January 2017<\/li>\n<li>Successful candidates must be able to commute to the workplace on their own<\/li>\n<li>Successful candidates should not be studying fulltime for the duration of the learnership<\/li>\n<li>Successful candidates must not have completed the same learnership previously<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>listed candidates will be subjected to the following statutory checks:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ITC<\/li>\n<li>Criminal<\/li>\n<li>References<\/li>\n<li>Qualifications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Closing date: 27 November 2015<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/careers.mmiholdings.co.za\/psc\/Applicant\/EMPLOYEE\/HRMS\/c\/HRS_HRAM.HRS_CE.GBL?JobOpeningId=18546&amp;Page=HRS_CE_JOB_DTL&amp;Action=A\" target=\"_new\"><u><strong>Click Here to Apply ONLINE<\/strong><\/u><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The learnership is a work based learning programme that leads to a National Certificate in Call Centre Support which is NQF level 3 qualification.
