The learnership is a work based learning programme that leads to a National Certificate in Call Centre Support which is NQF level 3 qualification.<\/p>\n

The position exists within the MMI Health Centre of Excellence which was established to create one health capability across the MMI with a client focused philosophy, designing solutions based on segments\u2019 different client needs and value propositions.<\/p>\n

The programme assists learners to prepare for the workplace and promotes access to increased employment opportunities within the Medical Aid Administration and insurance industry.<\/p>\n
